The initial families and partners first started the bank to service the growing number of minorities in the state. Specifically those who were looking to purchase their first home, and possible start a new business.

Finance Factors has grown from a small local enterprise, into one of Hawaii’s largest depository financial services loan company. As of 2016, the organisation has a number of sister companies providing services such as insurance, real estate, and property management.

Specifically, Finance Insurance Ltd expanded into a separate company in 1984 which provides a full range of insurance options including personal, business, and life insurance. Whilst Finance Realty Company Ltd was formed in 1953 to help the state with post-war housing concerns.

Today, the bank has 13 branches all across Hawaii, with the majority of them situated in Oahu.

Families are continuously receiving benefits, as Finance Factors focuses on assisting generations of families achieve their financial goals through their specialised produts.
